• These cooking classes are designed for people who are looking for plenty of supervised, hands-on instruction time in the kitchen.
  • The greatest down-fall of most cooking classes offered by restaurants is that they are only demonstrations. While demonstrations can be interesting, most of us can click on the Food Network for free and see some pretty fancy stuff. What distinguishes one cooking class from another is the quality of the education you receive. These classes are all HANDS ON!
  • Plenty of fun putting the lecture into practice and seeing (and tasting) the results while working at your own station. All classes are held on Monday evenings beginning at 6:00pm in our kitchen.
• Hors d'oeuvres are served upon arrival. A late-nite dinner with wine will be served at 9:00pm in the kitchen — family-style. You will be dining in the same manner as the staff each morning and evening.
• Class size is limited so that Chef Gary has plenty of time with each student. A chef’s knife, paring knife and apron are required equipment. All classes are $125.00 per person, plus tax unless otherwise noted.

Please note that a class is a gift at the time of purchase. All students must be 21 years of age, except where otherwise noted.
