St. Patrick's Day is fast approaching. Watch the our Irish colors to begin flying high on March 1st as we count down the days to this very special holiday. Our family recipes will fill the kitchen with the fresh smells of corned beef & cabbage, Irish stew and Fish & Chips. Live Music and lots of cheer. Cooking Classes: hands-on themed classes with Certified Executive Chef Gary Fick
Our Renaissance Chef's Apprenticehsip Program This program, certified by both the State of Maryland and the American Culinary Federation, provides the graduating student with a thorough and detailed education culminating in the receipt of certification as a Certified Cook. Upon completion of this status, further work and testing will allow the Certified Cook to obtain status as a Certified Sous Chef. This certification is a recognized achievement throughout the United States as it is overseen by our industry's largest and most credible governing body, The American Culinary Federation.
